What happens while my account is suspended?

Every device on the account is signed out, and signing in is refused until the suspension ends.

The whole account is suspended, so every profile in the household is too, because everyone shares the one sign-in.

Nothing is deleted. Your profile, watchlist, history, household profiles, and referral record stay as they were.

Billing pauses for the length of the suspension: your next charge moves later by the same number of days, so suspended days are never charged. If the suspension is lifted early, the date moves back by the days you didn't serve.
