What is the difference between a suspension and a termination?
A suspension is temporary and lifts on its own. A termination ends the membership for good.
A suspension is temporary. It lasts 3, 7, or 30 days and lifts on its own.
A termination ends the membership for good. The account can't sign in again, billing is canceled, and nothing already paid is refunded.
KJPTV staff end a membership when a member has served 90 days of suspensions and breaks the rules again, or right away for the most serious breaks of the rules. It never happens automatically.
You can appeal a termination within 30 days on the Appeal a Decision page.
