How do parental controls work?

Set a maturity rating, Kids mode, a PIN for mature titles, and a daily limit on each profile.

Go to Account Dashboard → Household, choose a profile, then Manage. Changing any of these needs the account PIN.

Maturity rating: titles above it are hidden for this profile, with their watch party cards.
PIN for mature titles: a 4-digit PIN that unlocks a title above the rating. Five wrong tries lock it

for 15 minutes.

Kids mode: watch party chat stays closed on titles above the rating, even after a parent unlocks the

title with the PIN.

Daily watching limit: when today's time is used, playback stops with "That is today's watching."
Purchases and upgrades locked: plan changes, upgrades, and add-ons ask for the account PIN, and so does

switching to another profile.
