Can I pause my membership?

Monthly members can pause for one to three months. Yearly plans can't be paused.

  1. Go to Account Dashboard → Billing & Plan and choose Pause.
  2. Pick 1, 2, or 3 months. The pause starts at your next bill, so you keep what you paid for until then.
  3. Confirm with Pause Anyway.

While paused, nothing is charged and the account works as a free account. When you set a pause, your open pledges are withdrawn (a pledge on an idea KJPTV has already greenlit stays).

  • Keep My Membership cancels a pause that hasn't started yet.
  • Pay and Resume ends a pause early. It charges a full month today, and the membership resumes once

that payment goes through.

If you pay for Extra Members, their monthly memberships pause with yours.
