How do I change my plan?

Use Change Plan on Billing & Plan. Moving between monthly and yearly is a new checkout.

  1. Go to Account Dashboard → Billing & Plan.
  2. Choose Change Plan.
  3. Same billing cycle (for example, Black monthly to Gold monthly, or Black Yearly to Gold Yearly): a confirmation page shows what you will pay before you confirm.
  4. Monthly to yearly, or yearly to monthly: this is a new checkout. Your current membership ends the moment the new one is paid, and the unused part of the old one is not refunded.

Founder's Rate members add or remove Gold for $5 a month with Remove Gold on Billing & Plan.
