Why did a referral disappear from my count?
A referral is reversed if the person you referred gets a full refund, files a chargeback, or cancels within 30 days.
A referral is reversed if, within 30 days of the person you referred starting their membership, they:
- get a full refund,
- file a chargeback, or
- cancel their membership.
Switching between monthly and yearly doesn't count as canceling. When a referral is reversed, the $2 for it isn't owed, and it leaves your count.
A referral that has already been paid out is never taken back, and nothing changes after the 30 days.
KJPTV staff can also void a referral that looks like cheating.
