Someone else may be using my account

Check Sign-in Activity, sign out the devices you don't know, and change your password.

  1. Go to Account Dashboard → Security & Privacy → Sign-in Activity to see when and where the account signed in.
  2. Choose Sign Out Everywhere (your account PIN is needed).
  3. Choose Update Password.
  4. Turn on Two-factor authentication.
