What is the difference between a public and a private watch party?

Public parties are listed for everyone. Private ones reach only you, the people you tag, and anyone with the link.

A public party shows on Watch Parties, the title's page, and the watch page. A private party reaches only the host, the members the host tags, and people the host sends the link to. Private parties get no replay card on Community.
