I forgot my account PIN

How to reset the account PIN, with or without two-factor sign-in.

If two-factor sign-in is on

  1. Open Account Dashboard, then Security & Privacy, then Sign-in, then Account PIN.
  2. Choose Change PIN, then Forgot the PIN? Use a two-factor code instead.
  3. Enter the code from your authenticator app and your new PIN.

If two-factor sign-in is off

Send a message to General Support from the email address on your account, and we'll reset it for you.

Locked after wrong tries?

Five wrong PINs lock it for 15 minutes. After that, it works again. A four-digit PIN has only 10,000 possibilities, so the lock is what keeps it safe.
